 Ceramic coatings provide thermal and electrical insulation, hardness, wear and corrosion protection properties to you rolls. Used in the corona treater process and in coating applications where a matte chrome roll might be used. The ceramic will provide a superior lifespan and allow for thinner film thicknesses.

These coatings can provide increase grip, wearability,corrosion resistance, and temperature resistance to your roll or part!

 BRR offers the best in laser engraved ceramic anilox rolls. Offering micron accuracy in the transfer of your inks. Precise cells specified by the customer allow adjust the ink usage to optimize processes.

 The use of BRR's Teflon coating technology extends the life of the rolls by providing a non-stick barrier from the process that features chemical and corrosion resistance. This coating can also be ordered with FDA approval for processing in the medical and food industries. 

BRR's nylon spray coating provides exceptional wear resistance, uniform hardness allowing for consistency across the roll, a machinable surface finish and low friction coefficient,  and high resistance to inks and solvents

Black oxide coating provides a layer of chemical and corrosion resistance to your rolls.
