With a full scale machine shop BRR has the unique ability to build both a wide variety of rollers as well as many one-off and production parts. Both CNC and manual machines give flexibility to our operation.

With multiple machines capable of more than 200" between centers and over 20" in diameter BRR is prepared to handle even the largest rolls. Overhead cranes allow us to transport your roll with care throughout the facility, with a maximum  capacities of 40" diameter,  376" length, and 12,000 lbs handled in-house.
