At BRR we are capable of providing nearly any Ra possible: from optical 0-1 , to a matte finish needed to give your product texture. Whether you need your old roll refinished or an entirely new roll built, we are here to help!

Our in-house Machine shop is capable of building nearly any roll possible based on your design specifications, with a wide variety of base materials. If weight savings are important to you our machinists can fabricate rolls out of aluminum or composite materials, potentially saving up to 60% or more as compared to a conventional carbon steel roll.
